The Site is owned and operated by Grapefruit Media Corp. (herein referred to as "Grapefruit Media Corp.," "us," "we," or "our"). POSTING AND SELLING ON CANMORECLASSIFIEDS.COM
In order to post an item for sale, rent, lease or as wanted on the Site you must first open a membership account. MEMBERSHIP IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN FORM LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACTS. Without limiting the foregoing, persons under 18 years of age may not open an account and therefore may not post to the Site. Accounts and user IDs are not transferable to any other person.

You must provide information in the required fields (marked with an asterik) on the ad posting form. If any of these fields are incomplete your posting will be disregarded or removed. Some fields on the ad posting form are optional and are to be completed at your own discretion. All items must be listed in the appropriate category. Items posted to inappropriate categories will be removed at our discretion.

You may not post items which are stolen, counterfeit, infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, violate any law, or are obscene, vulgar or pornographic in nature.

By uploading materials to the Site or submitting any materials to us, you agree to grant Grapefruit Media Corp. a royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable sublicenseable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such materials. You also agree to waive any moral rights you have in the materials for this purpose.

This site acts as a venue for individuals to post items for sale, rent or lease and for buyers to browse these postings. Grapefruit Media Corp. is not involved in the actual transaction between seller and buyer and therefore has no control over the safety, quality or legality or the items advertised. We are not responsible for the accuracy or truth of any representations made, the ability of the sellers to sell the items or the ability of the buyers to purchase items. There are inherent risks involved with trading in an online venue and you acknowledge that Grapefruit Media Corp. is not responsible for the acts of users of the Site.

TERMINATION

Only by destroying all materials obtained from any and all Grapefruit Media Corp.'s sites will you be terminating these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to terminate these Terms of Use without notice if in our sole discretion you violate any part of these Terms of Use. Upon termination you must destroy all materials obtained from the Site and any and all sites owned or controlled by Grapefruit Media Corp.
